Company Founded
Eksper Metal was founded in 2014 by two partners, building on eight years of prior experience in the steel industry.

Steel Exporters' Membership
On 29 January 2014, Eksper Metal became a member of the Steel Exporters' Association, strengthening its position and visibility within Turkiye's export-focused steel community.
2014
China QC Office Opened
Later in 2014, a China office managed by local engineers was established to carry out on-site quality control and secure reliable sourcing for global customers.
2016
Latin America Liaison Office
In 2016, Eksper Metal partnered with a dedicated liaison office to coordinate and manage its Latin American operations, supporting customers more closely across the region.
2019
First Nigeria and Dubai Fairs
2019 marked Eksper Metal's first participation in major trade fairs in Nigeria and Dubai, expanding its commercial reach and exploring new export opportunities in these markets.
2021
Own Warehouse in Kocaeli
In 2021, the company acquired its own warehouse in the Başiskele/Kocaeli region, starting to serve customers directly from stock and improving service speed and flexibility.
2022
Medellín Fair and New Ventures
By attending the Medellín fair in Colombia in 2022, Eksper Metal launched new initiatives in the Latin American market, deepening its presence and local customer relationships.

Presence at Lima / Peru Fair
In 2024, Eksper Metal joined the Lima/Peru fair, reinforcing its visibility in the Americas and meeting new partners focused on steel trade and downstream industries.

Key Bogotá Industry Fair
In May 2025, the company participated in a major iron and steel industry fair in Bogotá, Colombia, engaging with regional buyers and showcasing its global sourcing capabilities.

Sole Shareholder Leadership
In 2026, Eksper Metal entered a new chapter as Umut Erdal became the company's sole shareholder, ensuring long-term continuity and a renewed corporate identity that reflects its future vision.
