With Galvanized and Galvalume (Aluzinc) as the substrate, after surface pre-treatment, paint coating, baking and cooling, an organic protective film is formed on the steel substrate. It has strong durability, corrosion resistance, decoration and formability.
Prepainted steel sheet can be used in advanced forming operations such as roll forming, bending and deep drawing. It can be worked by cutting, roll forming, bending, folding and so on.
Prepainted Steel Sheet is mainly used for roofing and wall cladding, but it is often also given a load-bearing function in walls, roofs and floor structures.
